IF THE DOCTOR HAS ADDED NEW MEDICATION TO YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LIST IT WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR LIST ON THE WEBSITE AND YOU WILL NEED TO ADD IT MANUALLY.
A PRESCRIPTION WILL NOT BE GENERATED FOR ANY MEDICATION WHICH HAS NOT BEEN AUTHORISED BY A DOCTOR, SO PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY NEW REQUESTS.
Repeat prescriptions can only be requested if approved by a doctor and can be ordered in a number of ways.
Circle the items required on the repeat prescription slip and either:
Patients who live in Achiltibuie can also use the post box at Coigach Community Hall where requests will be collected by the doctor on Wednesday.
Patients in Dundonnell can use the post box at the Badcaul Community Clinic.These are collected on Thursday.
Please order all medication a week before it is due to run out and allow two working days from the date of your request for it to be processed and ready for collection.
We do not accept requests for prescriptions over the telephone.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
