The following times represent appointment times at the Health Centre, North Road, Ullapool
The practice Reception is open between 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and there will always be someone available to help you with any queries during these times. The telephone lines are open between 8:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 18:00. The telephone line is closed for routine calls from 13:00 - 14:00 each day. If your call is urgent during this hour you will advised of another number to contact practice staff.
Consultations are by appointment and last for 15 minutes. Appointments are also available at our other locations

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A DOCTOR ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK, IN OUR PRACTICE AREA
The Practice closes at 6pm. Between 6pm and 8am Monday to Thursday and after 6pm Friday until 8am Monday morning please phone 111 (NHS24, Freephone). The staff at NHS24 will ask you for information about your health and condition and will advise on the most appropriate course of action. This may include offering advice over the phone or advising you to attend a pharmacy. If they feel you need to be seen they will pass your case to Highland Hub who will be in touch to arrange for you to attend the Urgent Care Centre or in some cases provide a home visit.
In an emergency please phone 999 and speak to the ambulance service.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In line with all of NHS Highland the Practice will be closed on the following public holidays:
Friday 10th April 2020 - in light of Covid-19 we will be open as usual, providing an emergency surgery.
